Choosing Joy:
Choosing joy started as a New Year’s Resolution while I was seeking authenticity. I have since adopted it as my life motto, learning everything is better when you choose joy.
Choosing Community:
It’s easy to get lost in the sea of self doubt and commitment overload. To me, choosing community is choosing to make time for those who fill your heart and giving back to them. Life is more beautiful when you choose community.
Choosing to Build a Longer Table:
In a world filled that often times seems filled with hate, you have two choices: do nothing, or do something. I’m choosing to build a longer table and share what I can give with those who need it. When you’re lucky enough to have more than you need, choose to build a longer table.
I promise to never be perfect, although I’ll always strive for perfection. I promise we’ll laugh more than we ever thought we would along the way. I promise that anything we can do, you can do. We are not professionals, simply a couple trying to survive renovations and build a life we love.
